Lightly smoked, grilled with lemon beurre blanc and fried capers.
FISH & CHIPS
True Cod coated with panko and fried crisp, served with ginger coleslaw and tartar sauce.
NORTHWEST SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE
Sautéed prawns, bay shrimp, clams and fresh fish in a Parmesan cream sauce.
CASHEW CRUSTED LINGCOD
Coated with cashews, lemon and Japanese breadcrumbs, pan fried and served with roasted onion tartar sauce.
ARNIES MIXED SEAFOOD GRILL
Salmon fillet and a skewer of prawns and sea scallops grilled with citrus butter.
MISO GRILLED FLANK STEAK *
Miso marinated flank steak grilled and served with sautéed almond spinach.
CHICKEN PARMESAN
Chicken breast, parmesan-herb crusted, baked with smoked mozzarella, served over marinara with linguine alfredo.
ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD
 Five spice chicken, romaine-napa greens, crispy soba and won tons, peppers, cilantro and toasted almonds. Finish with sesame-rice wine vinaigrette.
