QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a part time Lunch Host who is positive and enthusiastic with a great image that has at least one year of hospitality experience. This is a part time position (approximately 25 hrs / wk) that requires the flexibility to work any day. Full service restaurant experience is a definite bonus but not required for the right person.

• Line Cooks - We are looking for talented technicians with a minimum of 2 years experience in full service restaurant kitchens.
  • Lead Line Cooks - We are looking for talented technicians with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in full service restaurant kitchens
• Line Cooks must be technically proficient in 1-2 line positions and have the ability to produce high quality food, to recipe, within specified timing standards, in an extremely fast paced environment. Schedule flexibility is required.
  • Lead Line Cooks – In addition Leads must be technically proficient in all stations, able to call tickets, organize and direct the production of all food, and coordinate the pass window for the servers.
